Chris Jackson — Founder & System Architect

Chris Jackson is the founder of Pack Supply, LLC, where he focuses on making operations run smoother, scale faster, and waste less effort. His background spans packaging, manufacturing, e-commerce, logistics, and telecommunications — but his real specialty is building systems that remove friction from the work.

Over the years, Chris has developed a practical, no-nonsense approach to supply chains: clean data, clear processes, and tools that connect factories, freight, and fulfillment into one manageable flow instead of a pile of disconnected tasks.

Where It Started: Systems Before Business Cards

Chris grew up around technology before it went mainstream. Through family ties, he had early access to Apple II systems and eventually a NeXT machine — the foundation of what would become macOS. While other kids were playing games, Chris was learning UNIX systems, Objective-C, and backend infrastructure long before they were standard curriculum.

By college, he was already working with backbone internet infrastructure — early ISP systems at ioNET.net — experience that later shaped how he designs reliable, automated backends for real-world businesses.

A Connected Business Ecosystem (On Purpose)

Today, Chris operates a family of businesses that are designed to work together instead of fighting each other for attention:

  • SoftPlayStore.com — play panels and inflatable hoppers under the Okie Soft Play® brand.
  • DuckingWorld.com — Jeep ducking toys and collectible rubber ducks.
  • Pack.Supply — warehousing and fulfillment for toys, soft goods, and packaging.
  • Daneel.online — an AI assistant with long-term memory and proactive workflows.
  • Neurion.systems — cloud automation, backend licensing, and data pipelines.
  • MyTech OKC — IT support for legal and professional firms.
  • Scissortail Industries (Hong Kong) — sourcing and export coordination through Hong Kong.

Automation, Freight, and Never Running Out of Product

Chris doesn’t think in “one sale at a time,” he thinks in systems. His development work focuses on one thing: making operations work without constant babysitting. Whether it’s a pricing engine, a sourcing tracker for Pack Supply, or AI-driven reminders in Daneel, every line of code exists to reduce repetitive work and surface problems before they hurt the business.

His backend at ioDOCS.net serves as the control layer where APIs, pricing logic, databases, and automation tools live. Daneel sits on top of that as a proactive memory and workflow engine that keeps projects moving.

From Early Internet to the Global Supply Chain

The same mindset that kept early ISP networks stable now powers how Chris approaches global sourcing. Through Pack Supply, he manages:

  • Factory relationships in China
  • Product development and compliance (ASTM, CPSC, CPCs, etc.)
  • Freight routing across ocean, rail, and domestic carriers
  • End-to-end delivery from production line to customer handoff
