Chris Jackson — Founder & System Architect

Chris Jackson is the Founder of Pack Supply, LLC, where he focuses on making business operations run smoother, scale faster, with efficiency as a goal. His experience spans packaging, manufacturing, e-commerce, logistics, and telecommunications — but his real specialty is solving the operational headaches. Chris doesn't believe in overcomplicating things — he builds systems that work in the real world.

Over the years, Chris has developed a practical approach to managing supply chains, streamlining product sourcing, and aligning backend processes that tie together factories, freight, and fulfillment.

Where it Started: Systems Before Business Cards

Chris grew up around tech before it was mainstream. Through family ties, he had early access to Apple II systems and eventually a NeXT machine—the foundation of what would become macOS. While other kids were playing games, Chris was learning UNIX systems, Objective-C, and backend infrastructure long before it was taught in classrooms.

By college, he was already working with backbone internet infrastructure—early ISP systems that would later shape his approach to building efficient, automated business backends.

The Business Ecosystem: Connected, On Purpose

Today, Chris operates a network of businesses that don’t just coexist—they work together by design:

  • SoftPlayStore.com — Soft play equipment and inflatable hoppers under Okie Soft Play®
  • DuckingWorld.com — Jeep ducking toys and collectible rubber ducks.
  • Pack.Supply — Warehousing and fulfillment for toys, soft goods, and packaging.
  • Daneel.online — AI assistant with long-term memory and proactive workflows.
  • Neurion.systems — Cloud automation, backend licensing, and data pipelines.
  • MyTech OKC — IT services for legal and professional firms.
  • Scissortail Industries (HK) — Global sourcing and export coordination through Hong Kong.

Automation, Freight, and Never Running Out of Product

Chris doesn’t think in sales, he thinks in systems. That’s why his development projects always focus on one thing: making real-world operations work without friction. Whether it’s a pricing engine, or a sourcing tracker for Pack Supply, to AI-driven reminders in Daneel, his code ties back to one goal — reduce repetitive work and stay ahead of problems.

His backend (ioDOCS.net, LLC) serves as the core hub where APIs, pricing logic, databases, and automation tools are deployed. Daneel overlays this with a proactive memory and workflow system that keeps projects moving—without constant human babysitting.

From Early Internet to the Global Supply Chain

Chris’s background in networking and infrastructure began with ioNET.net, one of Oklahoma’s first Internet Service Providers. That technical foundation now powers his approach to supply chain logistics and global sourcing.

Through Pack Supply, Chris manages:

  • Factory relationships in China
  • Product development & compliance certifications (ASTM, CPSC, CPCs, etc.)
  • Freight logistics (ocean, rail, and domestic)
  • End-to-end delivery — from production to customer handoff
